The Sailing, Swimming and Tennis programs run from June 28 through August 19, 2011. There are no classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.

Enrollment Is Limited: Pre-registration is expected prior to May 13 so a precise schedule for each child can be achieved. Children who may participate in the program are: children and grandchildren of members, and children sponsored by a Club member. All registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will be closed when space in each program is filled.

Age & Ability Requirements: Swimming and Tennis: six years old. Sailing: eight years old. Each child’s ability level in a particular sport will be reviewed by the program directors based on past experience and/or early assessment to ensure enrollment and participation at the appropriate level.

Adjustments: The four-day schedule has been designed to accommodate children who participate in one, two or all three sports; however, if adjustments need to be made to the schedules our directors will meet each week to review any problems and determine the best solution.

Special Events during the summer will include: Inter-club Regattas; LGC is hosting the Cheeseburger Regatta; the Diamond Island Swim and the Long Island Swim.

All Fees will be charged to members’ regular Club accounts.
