* Application for Sponsored Participants can be made at this time along with those for Regular Member children (sons, daughters, and grandchildren of Regular Members).
'Sponsored Children's' Participation i n Junior Programs however will be subject to available class space and any regulations which may be instituted prior to the beginning of the Summer Season. Each Sponsored Child's applicant will be contacted prior to the start of Junior Classes in June.
The child must be turning 8 years old or older during the summer of participation in order to take any Opti or FJ classes. The child must be at least 6 years old in order to participate in the Dinghy Deamon class.

Electronic Health Information for each child
Registration is not complete until a Health Form and a Medical Authorization Form are both submitted and on file with Club staff. It will be of great help, and speed up a child’s first day, if the information for the forms is completed and submitted with the above registration. Thank you.
All Forms must be printed and signed
Print these forms now, sign it, have a witness sign (medical), and submit it to Tracey Gallagher, Junior Program Coordinator/LGC Front Office Manager at [email protected], by fax at 518-668-3863, or by sending it to PO Box 175, Diamond Point, NY 12824. They must be on file before your child attends a class.
Each parent or sponsor of a participant in the Club's Junior Program shall hold harmless and indemnify the Club and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all harm, damages, claims, expenses, and causes of action, including reasonable attorneys fees, suffered or incurred by the Club or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents, as the result of the action, omission, fault, negligence, conduct, or misconduct of the sponsored junior or any person on Club grounds associated with the junior's participation in the Junior Program. Nothing contained herein shall limit Club's right to directly pursue or recover any damage, claim, expense, or cause of action, including reasonable attorneys fees, against member, any person for whom member is responsible under the hold harmless and indemnification obligation set forth above, or any other person causing such harm, damage, expense or legal exposure to the Club or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents.
